Digital Product Refunds

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a file has been accessed or downloaded, we are unable to offer a return or exchange.

We encourage you to review product descriptions and previews carefully before purchasing. If you experience any issues accessing your files or believe there’s been an error, please reach out—we’re happy to assist!

Physical Product Refunds

At Bright Belief Co., we want every product you receive to reflect the care and intention behind our mission. If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing error, we will gladly offer a refund or send a free replacement.

Eligibility for Refunds or Reprints: We partner with Printify to fulfill our physical products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a refund or reprint under the following conditions:

  • The issue is reported within 30 days of product delivery.

  • Clear photo evidence of the damage or error is provided.

  • The item does not need to be returned.

How to Request a Refund or Reprint: Please contact us at brightbeliefco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. Once we verify the issue, we will submit a claim through Printify. You will then receive either a refund or a replacement item, depending on your preference and product availability.

Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible. If a reprint is preferred, it will be processed and shipped at no additional cost to you.

Non-Refundable Items: Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or color variations that may occur due to screen differences. Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in rare cases of duplicate purchases or technical errors that prevent access. To request support, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and include your order number and details of the issue.
